A completed project brief, access to any existing copy or brand materials, and ideally some examples of customer language -- reviews, support emails, forum posts, interview transcripts. The more customer voice you can share, the sharper the copy becomes.
Yes. Both are available. Bilingual deliverables are available within the Growth and Studio packages. For the Starter package, you choose one language. The Spanish translation add-on is also available for any package if you need both languages but only want to pay for one strategy.
Two rounds for Starter, three rounds for Growth, and unlimited revisions over 30 days for Studio. Additional revision rounds can be purchased as an add-on. In practice, most projects are finalised within two rounds -- the brief is detailed enough that we start close to what you need.
It varies by service and package. Ad copy is typically 3-4 business days. Website copy is 5-8 business days. Sales pages take 8-12 business days. The 48-hour rush delivery add-on is available for most formats. Your specific delivery date is confirmed at booking before any payment.
