Four well-defined stages. You know exactly where the work is at every point.
You fill out a short project brief -- or we jump on a 20-minute call if the brief needs some untangling first. Either way, I need to understand who you're talking to, what makes your offer different, and what success looks like for this piece.
Before a word gets written, I dig into your competitors, read your existing materials, review customer language from reviews and forums, and map the message architecture. The writing is fast because the thinking comes first.
You receive the full draft with a short rationale document explaining the strategic choices behind the copy -- why the headline works the way it does, what job each section is doing, where the proof elements sit and why. Nothing is random.
You review, give feedback, and we tighten the work together. When you're satisfied, I deliver the final files in every format you need. Most clients use two rounds. The first round handles the big structural notes; the second round handles the fine details.
Tell me about your project. I reply to every inquiry.
